Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what information Mower Design collects when you visit this site or fill out the contact form, how that information is used, and what choices you have. No jargon. No walls of text. Just the facts.

What information does Mower Design collect?

Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on this site, you provide your name, business name, phone number, email address, and an optional message. You also indicate whether you currently have a website. This information is submitted directly to Mower Design so we can follow up with you about your project.

Analytics data. If you accept cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous data about how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where traffic comes from. This data does not include your name, email, or any personally identifying information. It is used to understand what is and is not working on the site.

Spam protection data. This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to block spam and automated bots. Turnstile performs a lightweight check to confirm you are a real person. Cloudflare processes a minimal amount of browser information to do this. No visible CAPTCHA puzzle is shown to real users.

How is contact form data handled?

Contact form submissions are delivered to Mower Design through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Web3Forms receives the submitted data in order to route it to the correct email inbox. Mower Design does not store your contact form submission in a database on this site. Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

All inputs are sanitized before processing. No raw data is passed to any external service. Your information is never sold, shared with marketers, or used for any purpose other than responding to your message.

What cookies does this site use?

This site uses two types of cookies:

  • Cookie consent cookie. A first-party cookie that stores your choice when you accept or decline tracking cookies. This cookie does not track you. It exists only so the consent banner does not reappear on every visit. It expires after one year.
  • Google Analytics cookies. Set only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics uses these cookies to measure anonymous site usage. These cookies are set by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

No other cookies are set by this site.

Who else receives your data?

Three third-party services process data on this site:

  • Cloudflare. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare's DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes all traffic to this site as part of its infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Web3Forms. Routes contact form submissions to Mower Design. See Web3Forms' Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics. Receives anonymous usage data only if you accept cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

How do you opt out of tracking?

You can decline cookies using the banner that appears on your first visit. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load and no tracking cookies are set.

If you already accepted and want to change your choice, clear your browser cookies for this site and reload the page — the banner will reappear.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long is your data kept?

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention settings. No data is held longer than necessary.

Questions or requests?

If you have questions about this policy, want to request that your contact form data be deleted, or anything else — use the contact page. We will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect that. Continued use of the site after a change means you have seen the updated policy.
